2.Booking prior 1 month of arrival full amount must be received within 30 days of arrival.
3.Booking within 1 month of arrival full amount must be received before 15 days of arrival.
4. Unshow or cancel upon arrival charge 100%
5.Amend Reservations fee charge 5% of totally villa rental when deposit done.
Cancellation:
1.Cancellation within 15 days prior arrival “No” refund.
2.Cancellation 16-30 days prior arrival 50% refund.
3.Cancellation 31-60 days prior arrival 75% refund.
4.Cancellation 61 days prior arrival 90% refund. |
