3 days after reservation confirm.
Peak Season:
In case of cancellation that make within 7-30 days before check-in, 1 room night of each room will be charged directly by the hotel. (For example if you reserve 2 rooms for 4 nights you will be charge for 2 room/nights)
In case of cancellation within 7days before check-in, the balance of the total amount of the original booking will be charged directly by the hotel.
In case of no show, shortening of stay or early check out, the balance of the total amount of the original booking will be charged directly by the hotel.
High season and low season
In case of cancellation within 14 days before check-in (For high season), 1 room/night of each booking will be charged directly by the hotel.
In case of cancellation within 7 days before check-in (For low season), 1 room/night of each booking will be charged directly by the hotel.
In case of shortening of stay or early check out (both seasons), 1 additional night will be charged directly by the hotel.
In the event that the individual or entire groups do not arrive, or should the client or group fail to arrive without prior cancellation, the Hotel reserves the right to charge a late cancellation or no show fee. The tour operator shall be held responsible for payment computed as the equivalent to the contract rate for one (1) night for each room cancelled in excess of the allowable number, or for each room not taken up.
