	Cancellation policy: (booking payments are non-refundable, unless specified otherwise) We require a deposit of the full stay at the time of making the reservation Cancellation policy Cancellation fee will be applied if a reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival. If an early cancellation is made any payment will be refunded to the guest in full. Guests who do not arrive for the days booked or who arrive a day late will be responsible for 100% of the total cost.
