 | This is a place for budget-travelers, rate starts at 250 Thai Baht. 10 minutes on a bus to international airport, so it's also an ideal for those prepare a take-off. Not far from campus downtown and 15-30 minute by bus to city center (Victory Monument), some visitors may consider it to be little isolate as it is not located in the midst of vendors or tourist places. Still, it's easy to go around by airport bus, mini-bus and taxi. | | Guests will receive a map and manual upon checking-in. It has a very well-organized info of Bangkok and helps alot to your planning. Toom' and 'Kai' can also give you more info around and out-of-Bangkok. Ask them how to get on the fun ride called 'Rapid boat' to the old town, the pier to get in is not far from it. | | For travelers interested in red-light area and gay scene, ask in-depth info from Toom or Kai. By taxi, Use a taxi with meter on the ground floor of the airport. Print a map for taxi for your convenience. Once the taxi head away from the airport, you're on the highway. Keep looking for a sign 'Rama IX Rd.' to get off the highway. Then keep looking on your left for 'Rama IX soi 54' to turn left. The fare is about 200 Baht. In case of late-night arrival, please ring the bell at the gate several times till one of the family gets up and receives you.
By bus, take bus no.551 from the airport. Once it gets off the highway, keep looking for a street sign on your left. Get off quick when you see the sign 'Rama IX 60' and walk a little bit further to 'Rama IX 54' and walk into it.
