| Cancellation policy: | Payment and Cancellation Policy: General Terms, conditions and
cancellation policy:
Children Policy: There is no charge for children under 12 years of age
when sharing their parents' room without extra bed.
Cancellation Policy:
- Low Season: 1 night charge if cancelled within 72 hours.
- High Season: 1 night charge if cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival.
- 3 nights charge if cancelled at arrival or no show.
General Terms and conditions:
Check in time: 14.00 h
Check out time: 12:00 h
Guests agree to honor check in and check out times and to pay a late departure fee, if
the room is not vacated at check out time. NIRVANA is hereby
authorized to remove guests' belongings from the property at guests' expenses.
Unregistered overnight guests / escorts are not allowed in the hotel if not previously registered at the front desk. All unregistered
guests are obligated to notify the front desk from 8 am to 8 pm of the guest.
Personal Items: NIRVANA is NOT responsible for guests' personal
belongings that are lost, stolen or left in the room, and we will not retrieve these items for you. Please take your valuable belongings with you when leaving the room.
Disturbance: Occupancy and use of the premises and amenities shall not be
in a manner that disturbs residents or other guests. NIRVANA has the right to terminate this agreement and ask disruptive guests to vacate the room and no money will be refunded. | | |
