Comments (English): We were lucky to be there during off-peak season. We had the whole hostel to ourselves and the staff gave us very personalised treatment...very, very helpful; even drove us around to our destinations and assisted us on selection of daily tours. We visited elephant camps, the highland tribes (long-necked & long-eared folks), crossed over into Laos (no visa required as we reached there by boat), gem factory, sites of ancient civilisations and went to the topmost boundary of Thailand. A very enjoyable experience.
